Bending and Punching

At our facility in Mariestad, we perform bending and punching using a fully automated punching and bending system in the form of Salvagnini S4/P4.

We handle bending and punching for:

  • Coated and uncoated sheet metal
  • Thickness: 0.5-3.2 mm (Al max 5 mm)
  • Max dimensions 3048×1524

Slitting

Slitting involves cutting rolled sheet metal on coils to desired widths which are then rolled up again.

  • Max coil weight: 12 tons
  • Max width: 1.5 m
  • Steel thickness: 0.4-2.5 mm
  • Uncoated and coated sheet metal

Leveling and Cutting

In connection with slitting and other sheet metal processing, we can offer leveling and cutting.

  • Max coil weight: 6 tons
  • Max width: 1000 mm

Welding

We perform welding, primarily spot welding. We have both the experience and expertise to carry out work and production where spot welding is included.
