Stability and Insulation with Polyurethane Foaming
Polyurethane foaming provides exceptional insulation in sandwich constructions, such as doors consisting of sheet metal and plastic casings.
In addition to insulation, polyurethane (PUR) provides structural stability.
A selection of products we currently foam include doors for refrigerators and freezers, medical cabinets, and drying cabinets. There is a wide range of possibilities for strong, dampened sandwich constructions and insulation applications.
As previously mentioned, polyurethane foaming provides stability to sandwich-type sheet metal constructions, but the foam also eliminates the risk of rattling by filling all voids where moving parts may be located.
